ApplicationThis Specification covers multipair cables used in the provision of communication services and the interconnection of electrical equipment and instruments, particularly in and around process plants. These cables are generally for burial underground.

PE or XLPE insulation Twisted Pairs
Identification pairs: Blue, black numbered
Overall Screened with Aluminium /Polyester tape, metallic side down in contact with tinned copper drain wire 0.5mm2
PVC or LSHF Inner Sheathed
Galvanized Steel Wire Armoured
PVC or LS0H Outer Sheathed

Test voltage: 1000V for 300V rated 2000V for 500V rated
Temperature range 60oC or 90oC
