RE-2X(st)H Cables
RE-2X(st)H cables are low smoke zero halogen instrumentation cables for use in environments with electromagnetic interference. These cables' LSZH properties make them suitable for use in environments where smoke and toxic fumes would post a risk to human life and sensitive equipment in the event of a fire. Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 50288, these cables are widely used in the petrochemical industry in instrumentation and control applications with a 300/500V voltage rating for analogue and digital signal transmission.
RE-2X(st)H cables are available as collectively screened multi-core, collectively screened multi-pair, collectively and individually screened pairs in metal foil (PiMF), and collectively and individually screened triple in metal foil (TiMF).For additional fire protection, RE-2X(st)H cables can have a layer of mica glass tape added to the insulating layer. These cables are designated RE-T2X(st)H and RE-T2X(st)H SWAH.
