Pre-insulated joint sleeves MJPT
Pre-insulated joint sleeves through connector (sleeve) is designed for connection of aluminum and copper cables intended for connection to distribution network and ABC cables up to 1kV. The sleeve is composed of an aluminium (phase) or aluminium alloy, the (neutral) sleeve with a stop in the middle. A black thermoplastic sealed with a flexible elastomer ring.
A neutral contact grease in the tube which improve the contact area and protect the aluminium against oxydation.
The crimping is realized on the plastic part according to the marks on the body of the sleeves.
BEILI MJPT sleeves are made of high quality aluminum alloy and UV resistant plastic,which guarantee long time usage under various weather conditions. The inside of sleeve are filled with lubricate help to conductor insertion during installation.
Pre-insulated sleeve are used to connect insulated aluminum conductors used to connect residential and commercial buildings to power distribution networks,as well as conductors for ABF power distribution cables with a voltage up to 1KV.
The installation of MJPT connectors is very easy,standard tools with special die are used for crimping operation.Following the instrucion on sleeve insulation,remove the terminal insulation to the required length.After that,conductros are pulled into sleeve through rubber seal thus preventing humidity penetration and apperance of electrolytic corrosiom.
